A first step into a new service.

I prayed pretty hard last night that I would be able to fit into the Uni YA, SIM group.

Met up with sister Shuyi and brother Yeekan at Redhill MRT, who were young adults attending the Uni YA service.

Made our way to the church hall, sister Shuyi helped me to ask around for contacts into the SIM group.

It so happened that the usher at the door, brother Shem, was from the SIM group. He was under the UOL group.

The Uni YA service had faster tempo songs and was more lively than the adults' service.

Post service, brother Shem brought sister Angela who was from the RMIT group and they invited me to join them for dinner.

I was at a crossroads to 2 groups asking me to join them for dinner, sister Shuyi's LG and the SIM group.

In the end, I went along with sister Shuyi's LG but obtained sister Angela's contact to join them later in the night.

Post dinner, I went over to Orchard Cineleisure to meet the SIM group.

It was there that I met up with my age group of people.

A list of brothers that I could recall : Luke, Garyl, Ryan, Jun Yao, Alex, Jon, Shem, Ben, Yi Xiang.

Exchanged contacts and some of us went for supper where there was some sharing of testimonials.

Went home by sharing a cab with brother Alex and brother Yi Xiang.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."
